The film is a site-specific intervention that Alex Kasses shot in winter 2018 in Marseille and in La Ciotat at the very place where the Lumiere brothers filmed the movie "L'Arrivée d'un train en gare de La Ciotat" in 1895. The monumental architecture "Unité d'Habitation" by La Courbusier in Marseille acts in the film as a kind of ark that is about to set out into the open sea.
